The Pyramid

If anyone reads this that already knows’ this, just consider it a refresher for the memory. To the person that was looking for this type of information, please enjoy.
It seems that someone is looking for facts about the great Pyramid in Egypt that are not usually publicized. Let me see if I can recall some of the facts that I have learned over the past 15 years or so. I guess you can say that every thing I have learned came from my Pastor, Dr. Gene Scott who had a very specific reason for teaching on the Pyramid. Maybe this will become evident as I enter the facts in the following.
I don’t know if anyone can or ever will determine exactly when it was built, but there are certain scored lines not to far down from the entrance of the descending passage that starts the time line that is incorporated in the measurements of the pyramid. I will probably be repeating some of the facts stated in previous posts.
As mentioned above, the scored lines start a time line. This date, so far is best calculated to be 2141 BC. On a certain day, if I remember correctly, is the summer equinox when the lines point to a certain constellation, the downward passage lined up with the north star. That was before the crust of the earth, believed to be the cause, shifted and now the downward passage is about 12 minutes of a degree off and the north star no longer shines down to the bottom of the descending passage any more.
(I feel the need to enter here, the fact that there are many books that have this information that I am about to relay, however if you pick up one to read, do not accept it as the final word on the measurements. The reason being, some start their timeline and measure down the center of the shaft, others measure on the wall or ceiling, others find a spot somewhere along the way that they can enter their traditional dates and work outward in both directions from there. I recommend that you find one or more that measure along the floor from the beginning. I have yet to see anyone walk along the center of ANY passageway in thin air or walk on the ceiling or for that matter build a three story building start with the second floor and working out in both directions. Be skeptical of all that you read, even what I say, I’m not perfect and can make mistakes especially trying to remember things I was taught many years ago. Now, with that said, please allow me to continue.)
The scored lines, mentioned above start the time-line. As you continue down the passage, you come to a spot where another passage is angled upward. The beginning of this passage has been calculated to be the date of the exodus out of Egypt. Not too far from the beginning of this passage are some granite blocks so closely fit to all four sides that there is no way to get around them. When Al Mamoun encountered them, he dug his own passage around them.
Before I get any further involved inside, I would like to continue with the outside.
I’m sure most of you have seen the programs on television about the Pyramid that give the size, shape, and volume of it, so I won’t bore you with repeating all of those measurements. I will say that whoever built it, knew a whole lot more than we do even today. Not to take anything away from the Egyptians, for I’m sure they were very smart; I just don’t believe they built this Pyramid.
The sides of it being concave consist of measurements more than just corner to corner. For instance the corner-to-corner measurement is 365.242 Sacred Cubits. This is equal to the number of days in the solar year calendar that we go by today. The next measurement, corner to first angle to fourth angle to the next corner is 365.256 sacred cubits, the number of days in the sidereal year, the length of time it takes for the earth to travel from a point in relation to fixed stars back to that point. The next is from corner to center of concave or third angle to the next corner measures 365.259 sacred cubits. This measurement is equal to the number of days in the anomalistic year. This is the length of time it takes for the earth to travel back to a given point, defined as the perihelion, in its’ orbit nearest the sun.
I don’t doubt that the Egyptians were smart enough to figure this out, but there are a number or other measurements that I’m not so sure that they knew or were willing to incorporate, especially if they new what these measurements indicated or would indicate.
There are many other scientific measurements of time and distance embodied in the Pyramid where they would be impossible to overlook. I will mention some of them here.
The distance from the earth to the sun, latest figures are 92,900,000 miles. The Pyramid’s base was calculated by the following. The Pyramid leaned inward 10 feet for every 9 feet it increased in height. By multiplying 10, nine times, then reducing the answer to miles, it came to 91,856,060 miles. How would the Egyptians have known this?
The mean density, or specific gravity or the earth, has been shown by tests to be 5,672 times the weight of water at 68 degrees Fahrenheit. The Pyramid figure at 5.7 is very close to the average estimates.
The average height of the earths crust above mean sea level, calculated with aerial photography, geological surveys, and modern computers, is estimated at 455 feet. The Pyramid, as left unfinished by the builders is 454 ½ feet.
The base of the Pyramid down to the mean ocean level of the earth was measured to be approximately 193 ft. 7 in. Modern computers and oceanography were needed to get this figure. Using these computers, taking twice the diameter of a circle with the circumference of 3,652.42, (same numbers as in the solar year and base of the Pyramid), came to 2325.2 in. or just over 193 ft. 7 in.
The Kings Chamber maintains a constant temperature of 68 degrees Fahrenheit. The temperature is 1/5 the distance between the freezing and boiling points of water. Scientists say that 68 degrees Fahrenheit is the ideal temperature for human existence.
When looking down on the Pyramid from above, you can see the concavity of the sides of the Pyramid. The depth of the concave is 35.76 in. on each side. By calculating the radius of the curve, the answer came to approximately ½ the diameter of the earth.
According to the “Golden Rule of Architecture” or the “Golden Number,” the Pyramid is the most mathematically precisioned structure on earth with an accuracy of three decimal places, .618.
These are just a few of the scientific marvels of the Great Pyramid. If you would like to read more, leave a comment and tell me so.
